Two licences. Every location. Every year.

Selling cigarettes needs a Cigarette Dealer licence. Selling vapes, roll-your-own, pipe or smokeless tobacco needs a Tobacco Products (OTP) licence (cigars are not covered by it). Most stores need both.

02 — Renewing

Renewing

  1. Sign in to myPATH

    Renewals are online at mypath.pa.gov.

  2. Renew both licences, for every location

    Licences expire on the last day of February. File the renewals on myPATH by January 15. Fees are not prorated.

  3. Display them

    Keep the current licences at the licensed location.
